Churchill Downs has announced a major festival, HullabaLOU, set for July 23-25, 2010, featuring 65 acts from every genre of music. With the corporate clout available from Churchill Downs, this should be a festival that will work and be well-run. Beginning December 4, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. EST, tickets go on sale at www.hullabaloufest.com. Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney and the Dave Matthews Band will headline, but the list is huge.
