Headliners To Henryville

Among the several benefit shows being staged for the victims of the tornadoes, we nearly forgot to mention the Headliners To Henryville show, scheduled for tonight at Headliners. Here’s the poster with details.

Here’s a video posted by SXSW of VHS Or Beta’s “Breaking Bones.”

Tornado Benefit Details

The Benefit Concert for Tornado Victims, scheduled for Sunday, March 11 at Silver Creek High School in Sellersburg, has been organized in a flash. There are 40+ performers scheduled, with start times from 1 p.m. until 6p.m., on four stages. The schedule is available here and here. Tickets are $10 adults/ $5 children.

Nicole Sherzinger scored the cover story for the February ESP Magazine, a publication targeted to and for various regions with shared content. Uses Flash to display the story.

Jukebox the Ghost, fronted by Louisvillian Ben Thornewill, has a follow-up to 2010’s Everything Under the Sun. Titled Safe Travels, it is a Yep Roc release. Here’s a video of a live performance of “Somebody”:

The Guardian didn’t like Nicole Sherzinger’s show, but the Daily Mail surely does. Maybe it’s very sexy outfits she wears on stage…

Caroline Sullivan, writing for UK’s The Guardian, reviewed a recent Nicole Sherzinger show in London. All the compliments were backhanded and the criticism straight to the point.

UPDATE: Idolator.com has posted a number of videos from the show, if you’re interested.
