The Kentucky Music Hall Of Fame has announced the 2013 inductees: The Kentucky HeadHunters, Exile, The Hilltoppers, Steven Curtis Chapman and the late Skeeter Davis. The induction ceremony will take place on April 12, 2013 at the Lexington Center Bluegrass Ballroom (430 West Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507. Congratulations to all honorees.
The 40-band show that the Louisville Crashers lead singer Mark Maxwell et al put together yesterday at Silver Creek High School in Sellersburg garnered them a write-up in the C-J.

The folks at Backseat Sandbar have taken to just plugging shows they think everybody should see. Currently, that would be the Victory Over Sound, Old Baby and Silver Tongues show at the Clifton Center on Saturday.
