Seventies and eighties hard rock band Styx resurfaces for a show at Horseshoe Casino on April 6. Although they are down to only one original member, with John Panuzzo dead from complications from alcohol abuse, John “J.C.” Curulewski also deceased, Glen Burtnik lost to a solo career and Dennis DeYoung’s period in the band shoved down the memory hole, they’ll still play “Lady,” “Babe,” “Show Me The Way” and the rest of their catalog of hits. They have a great bit ol’ stack of albums, including 2005’s Big Bang Theory, for your purchase. Surely you are not too old to rock ‘n’ roll? Tickets are $33; $47 and $63.
