Rachel Grimes is still touring Europe, with a show set for September 15 in Dublin, Ireland.
Dawn Landes also gets frequent mentions out in the blogosphere, mostly good but sometimes not.
One-time Louisville resident Matthew Cooper (born in Tennessee, raised here), otherwise known as ambient artist Eluvium has his followers. Here’s an announcement of a new recording he’s releasing, on a site called “What Would Morton Feldman Do?”
Scorpions drummer James Kottak gets mentioned frequently, as the Scorpions are on tour for the last time. For instance, here’s a mention of a tribute concert in Hollywood honoring the late John Bonham (Led Zeppelin) where Kottack will play.
